    uncooked, husked rice
    1. កាសអង្ករ [kaah ʔɑŋkɑɑ] : money formerly given to Cambodian functionaries each month at the Royal Palace. (This money was to be used to buy rice and was distributed according to the size of the family, lit. `rice money')
    2. កិនអង្ករ [kən ʔɑŋkɑɑ] : to grind rice into flour
    3. ចាក់អង្ករយកអង្កាម [cak ʔɑŋkɑɑ yɔɔ kɑɑ ʔɑŋkaam] : lit. `to throw away the rice and keep the chaff;' fig to abandon something good and keep something bad, refuse to give up one's own profit
